An injection blow molding machine geared to 500ml food bottles for salad dressing and ketchup. The preform is injected, then blown into the bottle, with servo-electric drive and a hot-runner mould forming food-grade HDPE containers cleanly and at high output.
Overview
Food sauce bottles call for a smooth, food-safe surface and a precise neck for capping and squeeze dispensing. This machine injection-moulds the preform in a hot-runner, multi-cavity mould that fills every cavity evenly, then blows it into the 500ml HDPE bottle, so each bottle holds the same wall and neck dimensions. The servo-electric drive keeps cycles fast and energy use down through long food-packaging runs. AMAN supplies the matching mould and neck tooling for a production-ready line.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
