30ml Cream Jar Injection Blow Molding Machine
A compact one-step injection blow molding machine for cosmetic jars, including 30ml travel-size petroleum jelly and cream containers. Injecting and blowing on a single rotary frame yields a seamless, flash-free pot ready for cosmetic filling.
Overview
Small cream jars must be dimensionally precise and free of seam lines so caps and inner liners fit and the pack looks premium, and the one-step rotary route achieves this by blowing each part straight from a freshly injected preform. With no flash to trim and no parting seam, finish quality stays high across the 30 ml to 1,000 ml range and down to compact travel sizes. HDPE, PP and PE are supported, and AMAN supplies matching tooling for cosmetic lines.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
