DSB80-30L 30L HDPE Oil Drum Blow Molding Machine
The DSB80-30L is a high-precision extrusion blow molding machine for 30L HDPE oil drums, covering the 10L to 30L range. Tight parison and clamp control give the dimensional accuracy mid-size drums need to stack and seal reliably.
Overview
At 10L to 30L, drums demand a controlled, heavy parison and accurate wall distribution so they take threaded caps and bungs without leaks, and the DSB80-30L holds those tolerances through each cycle. The load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive applies force on demand to lower running cost, while in-line automatic flash removal clears base and handle flash. Single or double-station options and matching HDPE moulds round out a CE-standard package.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make oil and chemical drum blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
