50-100L HDPE Oil Drum Extrusion Blow Molding Machine

Overview
Large oil drums need a heavy, controlled parison and steady clamping force, and the servo-hydraulic drive delivers both while consuming energy only on demand rather than idling at full flow. Single or double-station layouts let buyers match throughput to volume, and in-line automatic flash removal removes the bottom and handle flash that big drums always carry. HDPE and multi-material structures are supported, with matching moulds and turnkey commissioning from AMAN.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make oil and chemical drum blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
