Overview

With two blowing stations, this machine forms one 3L detergent bottle while the next mould loads, so throughput on mid-size HDPE packs runs well above a single-station line. The servo-hydraulic drive that meters power to demand holds wall thickness even so each bottle keeps its handle strength and label panel flat. Automatic in-line deflashing trims the flash from these larger shots and feeds finished bottles forward. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
