One-Step 5 Gallon PC Bottle Stretch Blow Machine
A one-step injection stretch-blow machine purpose-built for 5-gallon PC bottles, combining inject and blow on a single rotary frame. Material is injected, conditioned and blown in one continuous pass, so each bottle leaves the line with the high clarity PC water containers demand.
Overview
Because injection and stretch-blow happen on the same rotary table, the preform never leaves the machine before blowing, which keeps wall distribution even and the finish optically clear on 5-gallon (19L) bottles. The one-step route removes reheat handling between stages, cutting contamination and giving stable output run after run. PC, PP and PE are all supported, and AMAN matches the tooling and supplies a complete CE-standard line for industrial water and bulk packaging.
