HDPE Christmas Ball Blow Molding Machine
An extrusion blow molding machine adapted to make hollow plastic Christmas balls and similar decorative shapes in HDPE up to 10L scale. It blows lightweight, fully enclosed parts rather than open-neck bottles.
Overview
Decorative balls are hollow blow-moulded parts that need thin, even walls to stay light and round, and this HDPE machine forms them with controlled wall-thickness distribution. The demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive manages the small, fast cycles these light parts run on while keeping each ball uniform. Automatic in-line deflashing trims the flash around the seam so finished balls need little hand work. Single or double station builds are available, and AMAN supplies the matching ball moulds.

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
