An extrusion blow molding machine for HDPE and PP personal-care and household bottles, covering shampoo, lotion, hand wash, soap and detergent packs from 2L up to 10L. It produces the sturdy, squeeze-resistant bottles these liquids require.
Overview
Shampoo, detergent and hand-wash bottles need consistent walls to stand pump dispensers and resist crushing during transport, and this machine forms them in HDPE or PP up to 10L. The energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness steady so each bottle keeps its shape and label panel. In-line automatic deflashing finishes the bottle and neck so it goes straight to capping and filling. A single or double station can be configured, and AMAN provides matching moulds for your bottle designs.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make detergent bottle blow moulds in our own workshop, handled bottles included, and each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
