Overview

The load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive keeps power and wall thickness in check from one shot to the next, so output stays consistent over long runs. Automatic in-line deflashing removes the parison waste and delivers finished bottles ready for filling. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
