Toilet Seat Making Machine and Injection Mould
Plastic toilet seats and covers are normally injection moulded in PP rather than blow moulded. AMAN makes the toilet seat injection mould in its own workshop and supplies the matched injection machine: a 1 + 1 family mould that forms one cover and one seat ring per shot, run on an AM-700.
Overview
A blow-moulded part is hollow; most buyers want a solid, rigid seat and cover with a clean surface, which is why thermoplastic toilet seats are injection moulded, usually in PP. The recommended setup is an AM-700 (7,000 kN) with a cycle of about 55–70 s, depending on part design. Injection mould delivery time is 40–60 days.

Shot weight is the machine rating in PS.
One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Order the injection mould for your part with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
