Overview

IBC tanks at 1000L are among the largest blow-moulded parts, and this machine forms them in HDPE with multi-layer or two-layer walls so a barrier or regrind layer can be co-extruded into the structure. That layered build gives the tote the wall strength and chemical resistance needed to hold water, oil and aggressive liquids safely. The servo-hydraulic drive that meters power to demand controls the very large parison while keeping power reasonable, and automatic deflashing in line clears the substantial flash these shots produce.
