1L HDPE Milk Bottle Injection Blow Molding Machine
A high-yield one-step injection blow molding machine for 1L milk bottles in HDPE, LDPE and PP, running on an inject-and-blow rotary layout. Injecting and blowing in one heat gives a seamless bottle with no flash.
Overview
For milk and beverage bottles up to 1 L, this one-step machine moulds the preform and blows it in a single continuous cycle, so there is no trim scrap and no parting seam. The seamless, flash-free finish suits hygienic dairy packaging where a clean neck and smooth body matter for filling and capping. The rotary inject-and-blow stations keep the cycle running for high yield on small to mid-size bottles. It runs fully automatically with matching tooling supplied.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
See the full range, from 2 ml vials to 1-litre bottles, on our injection blow molding machine page.
