HDPE LDPE Baby Bottle Extrusion Blow Molding
An extrusion blow molding machine for HDPE and LDPE baby-care bottles in the 100ml to 2L range. LDPE compatibility lets it produce the softer, squeezable bottles common in infant lotion and toiletry packaging.
Overview
Baby-care products often call for soft, squeezable LDPE bottles alongside firmer HDPE packs, and this machine runs both across the 100ml to 2L range. The load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive keeps wall thickness even so small bottles squeeze and recover smoothly and feel consistent in the hand. In-line automatic deflashing finishes each bottle without manual trimming, keeping the neck and parting area clean for capping. A single or double station can be specified to match production volume.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
