5L 10L 20L HDPE Lubricant Barrel Blow Molding Machine
An extrusion blow molding machine for HDPE chemical and lubricant oil drums and barrels in 5L, 10L and 20L sizes. One die head and clamp set covers the full size range, letting a plant switch drum sizes with a mould change.
Overview
This machine blows HDPE drums and barrels in 5L, 10L and 20L sizes, on a platform rated up to 30L, sizing the parison and clamp for the heavier shot lubricant and chemical containers need. Drums must seal, stack and resist their contents, so the servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness even across the body, shoulder and base. Single or double-station setup scales output, in-line auto-deflash station trims the pinch-off, and AMAN supplies matched moulds for each barrel size so one machine runs the full range.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make oil and chemical drum blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
