Overview
This line is geared to small and mid-size HDPE and PP bottles, including flat-profile shapes that need even wall distribution to stand and pack squarely. The demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive keeps thickness consistent from 50ml up to 1000ml so flat sidewalls form cleanly without thin spots. Running a double station overlaps blowing and loading to lift throughput on these fast small-bottle cycles. In-line automatic deflashing finishes each bottle, and AMAN can supply matching moulds for the full size range.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
