Overview
From half-gallon bottles to 1L jugs and small jerry cans, this machine covers the popular 100ml to 2L sizes that move in high volume. The energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive keeps wall thickness even so handled and screw-neck shapes form cleanly and stay rigid when filled. Full automation runs blow, eject and in-line deflashing without manual handling, delivering trimmed bottles to the next stage. Single or double station configurations let you set output to demand.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
