Honey Juice Container Stretch Blow Molding Machine
A one-step injection stretch blow molding machine that stretch-rod orients the injected preform as it is blown, producing seamless honey, juice and animal-feed containers without flash. Injection and blowing happen in a single heat for a clean neck and no pinch-off weld.
Overview
On this rotary system the preform is injection-moulded, stretched and blown in one continuous cycle, which removes the trimming and seam that extrusion produces. That single-heat process gives PET containers a smooth, flash-free finish well suited to honey, juice and animal-care packaging up to 2L. Rotating between inject and blow stations keeps the cycle moving and the neck finish precise for reliable capping. The machine runs fully automatically and ships with matching tooling.
