Overview

Squeezable PET bottles need walls that are thin, clear and evenly stretched, which is exactly what reheat stretch blowing delivers: the preform is warmed in an infrared oven and blown with a stretch rod for uniform orientation. Bottles come off the machine flash-free with injection-formed necks ready for caps and dosing valves. Fully automatic operation covers loading through discharge, and AMAN supplies matching preform and cap tooling for a complete line.
