Overview
Square bottles use shelf and packing space efficiently but need even wall distribution at the corners, which the one-step IBM process supports by injecting a preform and blowing it without transfer for a seamless, flash-free result. The rotary inject-and-blow layout keeps cycles short for small PP and PE bottles across the 100 ml to 1,000 ml range, and the precise injected neck takes caps reliably. Compact and suited to industrial packaging, the machine pairs with AMAN tooling and turnkey support.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
