PC, Tritan and PET are chosen for clarity and toughness, and one-step injection stretch blow molding keeps that quality by injecting a preform, then stretching and blowing it on a rotary station without transfer, so bottles come out seamless and flash-free with a precise neck. Handling 100ml to 2L containers, the machine forms clear, impact-resistant bottles suited to chemical and industrial packaging. AMAN supplies the matching tooling and can integrate the unit into a turnkey line.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
