An extrusion blow molding machine for colour milk feeding bottles in the 100ml to 2L range. It blows pigmented HDPE so each feeding bottle holds even colour and wall thickness.
Overview
Coloured feeding bottles must combine food-safe material with uniform pigment dispersion and consistent walls, and this machine blows them from HDPE with servo-hydraulic parison control. The drive holds wall thickness steady so colour and rigidity stay even across the bottle, and in-line automatic flash removal finishes the neck and base for clean capping. Single- or double-station configuration lets you scale across the 100ml to 2L range. AMAN supplies the matching mould and a complete line on request.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
