100ml Cosmetic Bottle Injection Blow Molding Machine
A one-step injection blow molding (IBM) machine for 100ml high-speed cosmetic bottles. Inject and blow rotary stations form seamless, flash-free bottles in a single in-machine cycle.
Overview
Cosmetic packaging is judged on appearance, so the one-step IBM process here injects a preform and blows it on a rotary station without an intermediate transfer, producing seamless bottles with no pinch-off flash and an accurate neck for caps and pumps. The rotary inject-and-blow layout keeps cycle time short for high-speed small-bottle runs. Running HDPE, PP or PE, the machine suits bottles up to 1,000 ml, and AMAN can supply the matching tooling and integrate the cell.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
