Overview

Stackable 15L and 20L containers need flat, parallel walls and strong corners so loaded units sit squarely on top of each other, and the single die head extrudes a clean, heavy parison to achieve that. Servo-hydraulic drive controls wall distribution on these large shots while keeping energy use down, and automatic in-line deflashing trims handle and base seams. Single- or double-station running scales output on containers up to 25 L. AMAN provides the matching mould and turnkey support.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.

We also make jerry can blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
