Automatic HDPE Bucket Injection Molding Machine
A full-automatic injection molding machine for making plastic buckets and pails. It injects rigid HDPE bucket bodies with the clamp force and repeatability that thick-walled containers require.
Overview
Paint and water buckets are large, thick-walled parts that demand strong clamping and even fill, and this machine delivers both with a matched clamp and a hot-runner mould. The hot runner balances flow into the deep bucket cavity for consistent wall thickness, while fully automatic operation handles injection, ejection and part removal for steady output. Robust HDPE moulding produces stackable, drop-resistant buckets. AMAN supplies the matching mould and can integrate the cell into a turnkey line.

Recommended setup
We make the bucket and lid moulds in our own workshop and also supply the matched injection machines to run them. The pail body mould runs on an AM-700; the lid mould runs on a smaller AM-268. Recommended setup:

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Order the injection mould for your part with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
