Detergent bottles in the 1L to 5L class need square, stable bodies and consistent walls to stand on shelves and pour cleanly, and this machine blows them from HDPE with all-electric precision. Electric drive delivers repeatable clamp and parison movement while cutting energy against hydraulics, and in-line auto-deflash station finishes the handle and base. Single- or double-station running lets you match volume on containers up to 5 L. Matching moulds and a complete turnkey line are available from AMAN.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.

We also make detergent bottle blow moulds in our own workshop, handled bottles included, and each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
