Combination Cover Cap Injection Molding Machine
A fully automatic injection molding machine for small plastic combination covers and bottle caps. A hot-runner, multi-cavity mould turns out many caps per shot for high-volume closure production.
Overview
Bottle caps and combination covers are small, high-runner parts where cavity count drives economics, so this machine pairs a multi-cavity hot-runner mould with servo or electric drive for fast, repeatable cycling. The hot runner feeds every cavity evenly and eliminates sprue waste, while precise HDPE injection holds thread and seal dimensions across all cavities. Fully automatic operation supports continuous high productivity, and AMAN can supply the matching multi-cavity mould as part of a turnkey closure cell.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Order the cap mould with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. The mould itself takes 40–60 days from approved drawings. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
