White Cosmetic Jar Injection Blow Molding Machine
A fully automatic injection blow molding system for opaque white petroleum jelly jars. One-step inject-blow forms each jar seamlessly, giving the smooth, uniform white surface and clean rim that petroleum-jelly packaging calls for.
Overview
This system injects an HDPE, PP or PE preform and blows it in the same cycle, so opaque white jars emerge with no parting seam to break the surface and a precise rim for tight lids. Running fully automatically, it indexes preforms across inject/blow rotary stations without reheat, keeping colour and wall even from jar to jar. The seamless one-step route also avoids handling raw preforms, useful for product-contact fills. AMAN tailors cavitation, colour masterbatch dosing and jar shape to the customer's range.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
