Double Station Small Milk Bottle Blow Molding Machine
A fully automatic, double-station extrusion blow molding machine for small milk bottles in the 100ml to 2L range. While one station blows, the other loads, so output climbs without sacrificing wall consistency.
Overview
The double-station layout is the defining feature here: two parallel stations alternate so blowing and ejection overlap, roughly doubling throughput against a single-station line on small dairy bottles. Servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness even at speed, which matters for thin-walled milk bottles that must stay rigid and food-safe. Automatic in-line deflashing trims the pinch-off so bottles reach filling clean and flash-free. AMAN supplies the matching mould and a turnkey line on request.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
