Pesticide packaging has to seal reliably and resist aggressive agrochemicals, so this machine blows HDPE bottles with controlled, uniform walls for leak-free service. Servo-hydraulic drive manages the parison and clamp on small to mid-size bottles while trimming energy per part, and in-line automatic flash removal clears the neck and pinch-off so bottles are clean for capping. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.

We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
