20L HDPE Jerry Can Extrusion Blow Molding Machine
A fully automatic extrusion blow molding machine built around the 20-liter plastic jerry can, covering the 10L to 30L range. Servo-hydraulic drive and in-line deflashing turn out finished cans without manual trimming.
Overview
Twenty-liter jerry cans demand heavy, evenly distributed HDPE walls to survive stacking and transport, and this machine extrudes and blows them in a fully automatic cycle. The demand-metered servo-hydraulic system controls clamping and parison forming while holding power draw down on these large parts. Single- or double-station configuration lets you match throughput to demand across the 10L to 30L band, and in-line auto-deflash station trims the handle and base so cans arrive ready to fill. AMAN supplies the matching mould and a complete turnkey line on request.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make jerry can blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
