Overview

Two blowing stations work in turn so the extruder never idles, keeping 1000ml detergent and shampoo bottle output high, while the full-electric drive gives clean, quiet and energy-efficient running. Electric motion also gives repeatable wall-thickness control, holding the handle and grip panel consistent on bottles that get squeezed in use. Automatic in-line deflashing trims pinch-off so bottles arrive fill-ready, and AMAN matches the mould and neck tooling to the closure and label.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.

We also make detergent bottle blow moulds in our own workshop, handled bottles included, and each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.

Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
