Small Square Bottle Injection Blow Molding Machine
A fully automatic one-step injection blow molding machine for small square HDPE and PP bottles for chemical, pharma and cosmetic packaging, typically up to about 500 ml. Forming the preform and blowing it on one machine gives seamless square bottles with flat, even walls.
Overview
Square bottles need flat panels and consistent corners, which one-step injection blow molding achieves by injecting a controlled preform and blowing it into the square cavity without a parting flash. Running HDPE, PP or PE, the inject-then-blow rotary stations transfer the hot preform directly to the blow mould, so there is no reheat, no flash and no trimming. The seamless square bottles suit chemical and industrial packaging, with matching moulds from AMAN.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
