A fully automatic double-station extrusion blow molding machine for 900ml HDPE bottles in the 100ml to 2L class. Two stations overlap to lift output of mid-size bottles.
Overview
Built around 900ml HDPE bottles, this machine runs two blowing stations in alternation so one mould forms while the other loads, raising throughput against a single-station line. Fully automatic operation carries the bottle through blowing and in-line deflashing without an operator, and load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive keeps wall thickness even so every 900ml bottle holds volume and seals cleanly. AMAN supplies the matching mould and neck tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
