Refillable 5 Gallon PC Bottle Stretch Blow Machine
A fully automatic injection blow molding machine with stretch-rod stage, dedicated to refillable 5-gallon PC bottles. The one-step ISBM cycle injects, stretches and blows polycarbonate into a clear, seamless carboy built to be washed and refilled many times.
Overview
Aimed at 5-gallon bottle plants, this machine forms returnable PC water bottles in a single inject-stretch-blow sequence. Stretching the preform before blowing develops the biaxial orientation polycarbonate needs to take repeated handling and refilling, while one-step automatic operation keeps the neck exact for standard dispenser closures. The inject/blow rotary stations form the 5-gallon (19L) bottle without reheating, and AMAN configures preform and bottle tooling so a plant can standardize on one returnable bottle.
