Overview
Decorative balls are large hollow spheres, so this machine blows a closed shell and the clamp shapes the round form before in-line deflashing removes the pole flash. Single- or double-station options scale output for seasonal demand, and demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive keeps the shell wall even so balls hold shape and finish. AMAN supplies the matching spherical mould and a complete line for ornament and toy makers.

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
