Double Head Lubricant Oil Bottle Blow Molding Machine
A single-station, double-head extrusion blow molding machine for HDPE lubricant-oil bottles in the 2L to 10L range. Two die heads double the bottles per cycle from one compact station.
Overview
Pairing a single station with two die heads lets this machine blow two oil bottles each cycle without the footprint of a twin-station line, a practical balance for mid-volume lube-oil production. The 2L to 10L window covers typical motor-oil and lubricant packs, and servo-hydraulic drive that meters power to demand holds wall thickness so bottles stack and seal reliably. Automatic in-line deflashing finishes the handle and neck, and AMAN provides the matching mould.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
