Automatic Water Bottle Cap Injection Molding Machine
A cap injection molding machine for the small HDPE/PP caps that seal PET drinking-water bottles, running a hot-runner multi-cavity mould. Many caps form per shot for the high volumes the beverage trade needs.
Overview
Water-bottle caps are tiny, high-volume parts, so this machine pairs a multi-cavity hot-runner mould with fast, automatic injection cycling to produce caps by the thousand. The hot runner eliminates sprue waste and keeps every cavity filling evenly, while servo or electric drive cuts energy use across long production runs. Built to CE standard and matched with AMAN tooling, it suits dedicated cap-making lines for food and beverage packaging.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
Order the cap mould with this machine and we make it in our own workshop, then ship machine and mould as one set, tested and tuned together. The mould itself takes 40–60 days from approved drawings. Send your part drawing and we quote the machine together with the mould.
