Overview

Curved intake hoses and air boxes cannot be made well by conventional flat blowing, so this machine uses 3D parison manipulation to follow the part contour before clamping. That keeps wall thickness even around bends and cuts waste on complex auto ducts in PP, PE or ABS. Single- or double-station options and servo-hydraulic drive support both prototyping and series production, with in-line auto-deflash station and matching moulds available from AMAN.
