A high-speed extrusion blow molding machine aimed at small HDPE milk bottles from 100ml to 2L. Fast cycling and tight wall-thickness control keep small dairy bottles uniform at volume production rates.
Overview
Small milk bottles are made by the thousand, so this machine prioritizes cycle speed and consistency across the 100ml to 2L range. A double-station layout lets one mould blow while the next loads, lifting throughput over a single-station line, and the load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness steady even at high cadence. Automatic in-line deflashing trims neck and tail flash so bottles reach the filler finished. Matching neck tooling and moulds are available from AMAN.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
