A large-format extrusion blow molding machine for HDPE lubricant oil drums and jerry cans in the 50-100L range. A high-capacity die head and long-stroke clamp handle the big parisons these heavy industrial containers require.
Overview
Engineered for the 50-100L class, this machine blows large HDPE drums and jerry cans, sizing the accumulator-grade shot and clamp force to fill thick walls evenly at that volume. Lubricant-oil containers must hold weight, stack and seal, so the servo-hydraulic drive maintains wall thickness across the tall body and base. In-line deflashing trims the heavy pinch-off so no operator stands at the machine with a knife, and AMAN ships mould, neck tooling and machine pre-matched - tell us your drum size and closure and we quote the complete line.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make oil and chemical drum blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
