A bear-shaped honey bottle with a grip is an extrusion-blow part: the mould pinches the parison to form the hollow handle and the detailed bear contours in one blow, something injection-based blowing cannot do. Soft LDPE gives the squeezable body buyers expect, and automatic in-line deflashing trims the pinch-off at the handle and base for a clean finished bottle.

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
