Overview

With its double die head, the machine drops two parisons each cycle and blows two 5L HDPE jerry cans simultaneously, multiplying output without a second machine. Fully automatic operation runs extrusion, blowing, deflashing and ejection unattended, and the servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness across both cavities so handles and necks match. In-line deflashing trims tail and pinch flash from each can, and AMAN supplies the twin moulds and neck tooling matched to the jerry can.
