Running two stations in parallel, the DSB80II keeps the extruder feeding continuously while each side blows and ejects, lifting throughput on 1000ml HDPE detergent bottles well above a single-station line. The servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness steady on the handle and shoulder where detergent bottles take stress, and in-line auto-deflash station clears pinch-off so bottles reach filling clean. AMAN provides the matching mould and neck tooling for the customer's closure and label panel.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. We also make detergent bottle blow moulds in our own workshop, handled bottles included, and each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
