Heavy-duty cans for chemicals and lube oil need consistent wall thickness and a robust handle, which the servo-hydraulic drive holds across the larger 10-30L shot. Mould, in-line deflashing, conveying, leak testing and auxiliary equipment are not bundled by default - each is optional and confirmed per project once AMAN reviews your container drawing, output target and factory layout. Single or double-station setup scales output to demand.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make jerry can blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
