15-300ml PETG Jar Stretch Blow Molding Machine
A customizable one-step injection stretch blow molding machine for transparent PETG jars from 15ml to 300ml, built for clear cosmetic packaging. The preform is injected, stretched and blown on a rotary station, giving a seamless, flash-free jar with a precise neck and glass-clear wall.
Overview
This machine injects a PETG preform, then stretches and blows it on the same rotary cycle, so small petroleum jelly and cream jars come out seamless with no parting line to mar clarity or finish. One-step processing keeps the neck threads dimensionally exact for tight closures, and the rotary layout indexes each preform from station to station without reheating. AMAN tailors cavitation and jar geometry to the customer's cosmetic range.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make injection blow (IBM) moulds in our own workshop. Trial bottles are moulded on our own machine and ship with the tool. Injection blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
Each machine is configured to your container; the final specification is written into your quotation.
