HDPE Christmas Ball Extrusion Blow Molding Machine
A dedicated extrusion blow molding machine for hollow plastic balls, blowing one-piece spheres from HDPE and other resins. One platform covers small ornaments through large display balls.
Overview
The machine inflates a hot parison into a closed ball mould, producing one-piece hollow spheres with only a fine parting line. Servo-hydraulic drive keeps each blow consistent so balls come out evenly walled and true to size, and automatic deflashing clears the pinch-off so units drop finished from the mould. With single or double station options, a producer can step up throughput as ornament orders grow, backed by AMAN ball tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
