Blowing thin-walled hollow spheres calls for steady parison control, and this machine's servo-hydraulic system holds wall thickness even so balls keep a uniform, round shape. Single or double station layouts let a workshop match speed to order size, and in-line deflashing removes the pinch-off flash automatically for a smooth surface ready to paint or coat. Suited to HDPE and other materials, it comes with matching ball moulds from AMAN.

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
