Overview

This is a full extrusion blow molding line for large 10L to 30L HDPE containers, adding automatic stacking on top of the usual in-line deflashing. After each container is blown and trimmed, the stacker arranges finished parts ready for packing, removing the manual handling that big bottles otherwise demand. Single or double station suits the volume, and the load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive keeps the heavy cycles efficient. AMAN supplies matching moulds and the complete line with downstream automation.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.

We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
