Overview

This machine co-extrudes a two-layer wall so chemical IBC tanks and 220L drums get an inner layer suited to aggressive contents behind a tougher outer skin. Covering the 55-gallon drum through to the 1000L tank, it carries the large die head and heavy clamp these parts need, with the demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive handling long cycles. Automatic in-line deflashing clears the heavy flash from each large container. AMAN supplies matching moulds across the drum and tank sizes.
