A general-purpose HDPE extrusion blow molding machine for plastic bottles in the 2L to 10L range. It covers everyday container work from detergent jugs to oil cans with flexible station configuration.
Overview
This is the versatile workhorse of the range, blowing standard HDPE bottles and jugs from 2L to 10L for whatever product needs packing. Choose single-station for larger containers or double-station to double small-bottle output, with the demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive keeping wall thickness even across sizes. Automatic in-line deflashing delivers finished, flash-free bottles straight to filling. AMAN matches the mould to your bottle and can supply the line as a turnkey package.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
